Here is an important consideration for you:

Governments run many covert disinformation ops for specific purposes being distraction, creating the opposite effect as to what is seen on the surface, embedding specific resentment in one area to detract from all similar areas, and draconian of all; to capture marketing information by electronic cookie identification, source tracking, and even virus infection of who the target group is by visitors of the site as to whom are to be dealt with. Referral email link monitoring can even be tracked to see the chain of progression of who's network on a time line basis directs X visitors. This allows for systematic algorithms to be gauged in the propaganda war for action; reaction; and then target market action.

When suspected the first step is to "look at the site creator source." A Whois look-up would be the first step here - https://www.geektools.com/whois.php to see "when" the site was created and by "whom" the site was created by.

Most political party government covert op sites will block the "who" with an anonymous registration service, or have a front for the site which upon a little digging you will find out is a government political attorney or directed as a front by a well placed political hack for the government or political party.

In this case on the surface the site is anonomus with a site listed in the UK but having a California address on Spulvada Blvd., in Westchester, CA. The site was registered by a Washington State ISP enom.com service in Seatle of which this city in WA state over the years has become a safe haven hub for government activity nationally.

With a little search digging:

The next step is to do a reverse look-up on the address in CA listed to see who actually is at that address. The search results there comes back to a large office building complex with a copy shop "Right Copy" having a "Mail Boxes Etc." Los Angeles, CA 90045-3631- Tel (310) 216-1324 at that address.

The next step is a search of the name of the person or entity listed of which here is a "ugur esenbel" who turns out to be an artist living in LA with paintings for sale in the UK (nice angelic painting of Mr. Obama at the top of that page I note) who it appears has relatives that work for the State University of Southerm CA (UCLA) and Berkley who may in fact be good friends of Mr. Obama.

My last note here is: Look at the site registration start date and expire date. Start: FEB 19, 2007, Last updated: DEC 28, 2008, Expires: Feb 19, 2009 (one month from now) You can read in your own intent by these dates.

So, "When in doubt, check it out!"
